Jonatan Kaye grew up in New York City and has worked professionally as an editor since the 1990s, after majoring in film at Vassar College.
In the US, he has worked on feature films with Merchant-Ivory Productions, created content for Pseudo.com, one of the pioneers of web-TV, and done commercial work at Consulate for a range of well-known clients.
Since moving to Stockholm in 2006, he's cut award-winning commercials, promos, trailers and music videos; worked on several programs for Swedish Television (SVT) including the popular cultural series, Kobra; and edited Peter Grönlund’s short film, The Clearing (Gläntan) which was nominated in the Best Short Film category at the Guldbagge awards.
